We work within our schools and the wider community to raise awareness and reduce substance abuse through education and programs.

    Our mission is to support, educate, empower, and guide people in recovery and the community through developing personal connections, hosting recovery support meetings, providing a safe, sober environment for all, encouraging one another and sharing our lived experience. We empower our foxhole friends by providing volunteer opportunities through committees and facilitation of our space and offering accountability, growth and self-discovery opportunities through our programming.

    Bridges Health

    Through Bridges’ preventative health approach to support healthy lifestyle & wellness, we offer services to address physical, emotional, and social health. All of our services are free and delivered by Winona State University health profession students, supervised by clinical faculty and licensed clinicians.
