Make a Fund Distribution/Grant Request
Requests for distributions from your donor advised fund can be emailed directly to Foundation staff at wcf@winonacf.org or feel free to stop by our office during regular business hours. Please find the downloadable Fund Distribution form on the right.
Here are a few Fund Distribution Guidelines for your convenience:
- The minimum request must be $100, and it is strongly encouraged for fund distributions/grants to be $500 or larger.
- Fund distributions/grants less than $5,000 are accepted and processed on an on-going basis.
- Fund distributions/grants at or more than $5,000 require Board approval and need to be received by the 12th of the month for processing and approval at the monthly board meeting on the 4th Tuesday of the month.
What is a Fund Distribution request?
A fund distribution request is made by advisors who hold donor-advised funds at the Foundation. What is a donor advised fund? A simple, flexible and tax-efficient way to give to your favorite charities.

Fund Holder Expense Request
This form is for our Fiscal Sponsored agencies to request payment of expenses and is located in the Forms box on the right of this page. Bills are paid once a month and need to be received by the 12th to be paid within the same month or they will be held for next month. Please include original invoices with this request. Please make copies of the original invoices for your file. Contact Mandi Olson, Finance Director, at the Foundation for any questions.
