    The Miller Mentoring program serves students in grades 5-12 at Winona Area Public Schools. The program is all about student success, which is more than academics. It’s also about social-emotional wellness and building trusted relationships in an encouraging atmosphere. Miller Mentoring promotes and nurtures the relationship between mentor and student. When a positive relationship is created, we begin to see our students gain appropriate social interactions, emotional maturity, improved self-confidence and academic success.

At Manitou Center, the focus of embodied movement arts is cultivated through traditional health and wellness practices. Development and growth is guided by what each person brings to their own practice. Through understanding and experiencing our mind-body awareness, we access a gateway through which to develop a deepened understanding of our lives and our realities.

    International Owl Center

    The International Owl Center is the only all-owl education center in the United States. They are raising funds to build a new facility to meet the needs of our visitors, owls and staff. It will be located on 4.5 acres on the north side of Houston, MN and will include first-of-their-kind-in-the-USA walk-through owl aviaries.

    The IMPACT Center is an inclusive, Christian-based youth center in Winona, MN serving children ages 5 and up, at absolutely no cost to the child or family. The IMPACT Center offers children homework assistance, snacks, group devotions, and free time to use their game equipment, watch movies, and socialize in a healthy safe environment. IMPACT Center emphasizes the basic Christian principles of: love, respect, and responsibility.
