*Budget guidelines: Please include a one-page project budget that includes the categories of revenue and expenses. Only the project budget is needed, NOT the organization's entire operating budget. Under revenue, list the dollars that are requested, pending, and secured, along with the sources of these dollars. Under expenses, list the categories that you feel are applicable to the project (such as staff, equipment, materials, etc.) along with their expected cost. For both categories, please include any comments you feel are pertinent for the committee to know.
