Storm Sporting Events Scholarship Application

Is enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at one of the following educational institutions:

• Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota (Winona)
• University of Wisconsin (La Crosse)
• Viterbo University (La Crosse)
• Winona State University

For undergraduates, having completed at least 60 credit hours with a cumulative grade point average of at least 2.50 on a 4-point scale.

Has completed an online application form submitting all required information including academic transcripts from all post-secondary educational institutions attended

Has a desire to pursue a career in a field addressing youth mental health such as a counselor, licensed therapist, social worker, psychologist, or psychiatrist (list not meant to be inclusive) with a stated preference for practicing in Winona and/or surrounding communities

Letter of recommendation from an academic instructor/professor or direct internship advisor requirement is completed
