The Winona Community Foundation Staff Changes
Sara Brandon, part-time Finance Director at the Winona Community Foundation, has retired effective April 30, 2021. Brandon served in her current role since April 2019, and prior to that had a 35-year career in banking. Mandi Olson has been promoted to part-time Finance Director upon Brandon’s retirement. In this role, Olson will be responsible for the accounting and recordkeeping along with working with agency funds and overseeing investment returns. In addition, Zoe Kwitek was hired on as the Communications and Office Coordinator.
Kwitek has worked in Winona for the last four years in various roles to support the community. In the near future, Zoe will be graduating from Winona State University with a BA in Communications with a Leadership and Advocacy Emphasis, Minor in Psychology, and Minor in Ethnic Studies. In her part-time role at the Winona Community Foundation, her primary responsibilities will be to support the office administrative needs and manage communications. Zoe also serves as the assistant to the Scholarship Coordinator at Winona State University. Zoe resides in Winona with her boyfriend.
