The Winona Community Foundation is pleased to announce the addition of four new board members to their Board of Directors: Genelle Groh Beck, Kevin O’Reilly, Ann Gibson and Christopher Gervais. They will join current board members: Bob Deter, Beau Van Beek, Andrew Guzzo, Aaron Young, Kathleen Peterson, Cheri Eddy Crigler, Amanda Hedlund, Denise McDowell and Jerry Papenfuss.

Genelle Groh Beck is the Chief Human Resources Officer for RTP Company and has over 27 years of human resources leadership experience. She has also served on various non-profit boards for over 20 years, some of those to include United Way, Chamber of Commerce, SHRM, and Cotter Schools. Genelle holds a Master’s degree in business management from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota.

Kevin O’Reilly is a Vice President at Peerless Chain Company. He has 35 years of experience in the private and public sector. Kevin has served on the Board of Directors for both Winona ORC and Winona Volunteer Services, including Board President at both organizations. He is a graduate of the Blandin Community Leadership Program, was named Winona Area United Way volunteer of the year in 2011, and was awarded the Outstanding Volunteer Fundraiser by the Upper Mississippi Valley Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals in 2019. He and his Wife Susan reside in Winona and have two adult sons.
Ann Gibson has 40 years of experience in the field of education at various levels from middle school through undergraduate and graduate education. She earned her B.A. from the College of Saint Teresa, her M.S. at Winona State University and her ED.D. in Leadership at Saint Mary’s University. After retiring from a 28-year career in College Counseling and Student Development at Saint Mary’s University, Ann now serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Whetstone Machine, Inc. Ann is active in a variety of professional and Winona area church and volunteer organizations. She and her husband, Tom, raised four children in Winona and she is now an active grandmother to ten grandchildren.
Christopher Gervais is a graduate of St. John’s University with a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics. He spent a few years teaching math before becoming a financial advisor in 2007. He currently works at Christopher Gervais Wealth Management (Securities and advisory services offered through LPL Financial, a Registered Investment Advisor, Member FINRA/SIPC). Christopher and his wife, Erin, are members of St. Mary’s Church and have three boys. Their family loves all kinds of outdoor activities, especially skiing, fishing, and exploring the woods around their house.
